Will the staffing remain the same?

Absolutely. We would like to ensure all the families that the staff is going to remain      the same. Your child/children will continue to see the familiar educators of Ms.    Marney, Ms. Penlux, Ms. Kathleen, Ms. Bella, Ms. Vivian, and Ms. Isabelle. 

What is happening with Cammeray? 

We are all wondering what is happening with Cammeray. I can finally give you a much-needed update that Vivienne is going to submit the documents to the Department of Education next week, and get the process started to getting Cammeray opened.  

What are we doing to keep our service safe during Covid-19? 

As the restrictions are lifting with Covid-19 we are still be cautious in keeping everyone safe. Starting from tomorrow we are going to implement a few more safety measures of:

• We are asking families not to sign in or out on the iPod as the educators will take over and sign your child/children in/out. This is to avoid outside germs coming into the service. 

• As you walk through the first door there will be a bottle of hand sanitiser, we kindly asked parents, and children to utilise the hand sanitiser before walking through the second door.  

• We will continue to allow fresh air flow into the service by opening windows and encourage outdoor activities.

• As the restriction are lifting more children will be returning to the service, so there for to minimise traffic coming in and out of the service we are going to allocate an educator to greet you and your child/children in the entry way to the service.   

• We will also be taking your and your child/children’s temperature on arrival.  

Will the fees remain the same? 

Yes. The fees are definitely going to remain the same even under the new ownership of Vivienne. Free childcare will remain until further notice from the government. 2 weeks of bond are payable to Vivienne after settlement.

The transition period between Erica and Vivienne? 

As we all now it is a difficult time, and there are probably lots of questions that you may have we would like to ensure you that Erica, and Vivienne are going to be available to answer any questions you may have.
